Omoregie, accompanied by members of his family, friends, business associates and members of staff was at the Oba Palace, Benin City, to pay homage to the popular royal father and to formally introduce his business outfit and seek the blessings and prayers of the palace, having been in business in Benin City for the past 15 years.
But Oba Ewuare II, who prayed for Cyril Omoregie and the growth of his business, praised him for his determination to succeed in life and the real estate business.
The revered monarch, however, advised the D Prince Builders and Real Estate Developers Limited, not to engage in any activity that will stain its good business records but to rather go about their business sincerely as that will make the Palace proud of Mr Cyril Omoregie.
He used the opportunity to admonish the Binis, particularly parents on the importance of speaking the Bini language to promote it both at home and in the Diaspora.
Speaking earlier, Mr. Cyril Omoregie, thanked the Oba for creating a conducive environment for the company to operate, noting that the fear of being harassed by the outlawed Community Development Association (CDA) is now a thing of the past.
“We have estates in Benin, Lagos and Abuja. While Benin City serves as our headquarters. We have been turning tenants into landlords. We have been having peaceful transactions with our clients without any harassment or facing any problem”.
He disclosed that all arrangements were in the pipeline to open another estate in the Agbor Road axis of Benin City.
Mr. Omoregie further Informed the Oba that other locations the company have estates in the Benin Kingdom include Sapele Road, Airport Road, Ugbowo, Adesuwa Road, Ekenwan Road, and Ugbor Road and GRA, respectively.
Also speaking, the Public Relations Officer of the company, Comrade Courage Aisia described D Prince Builders as a household name that is well trusted and respected in terms of estate business.
He revealed that the difference between the company and others is very clear, as it was taboo for the company to sell one piece of land twice, saying that after the purchase of any land, there will be no need for the buyer to pay for development levy.
“We are here for a Royal blessing because the Oba of Benin is our father. We will keep coming to the Palace for such blessings, Comrade Aisia stated.
