The gigantic and beautiful edifice built by the Godwin Obaseki-led administration, was named after the first executive governor of Edo state, His Excellency, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, whose 84th birthday anniversary comes up on August 12, 2023.

Pioneer Executive Director of JOOPSA, Precious Imuwahen Ajoonu, made the disclosure during a press conference on Wednesday in Benin City.
