The family of Idahagbon in Ovia North-East Local Government Area of Edo State, has announced the death of their Patriarch, Pa William Idahagbon, at the age of 86 years.
Pa William Idahagbon died peacefully on Friday, 19th April, 2024.
A former Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General of Edo State, Henry Idahagbon Esq, who confirmed the death of his father to newsmen in Benin City, said until his demise, Pa William Idahagbon was the Odionwere of Ikoro community in Ovia North-East Local Government Area of the state.
According to the ex-commissioner, “With deep gratitude to God for a life well spent, I announce the death of my father, Pa William Idahagbon, the Odionwere of Ikoro village in Ovia North East LGA of Edo state. He was aged 86 years.
“Kindly remember my family and I in your prayers this period.
“Thanks and may God grant us all long life in good health. Amen,” Hon. Henry Idahagbon, added.
Burial arrangements will be announced later. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
