The Crown Prince of Benin Kingdom and Edaiken N’Uselu, Prince Ambassador Eheneden Erediauwa has pledged the continued political neutrality of the Oba palace.
Prince Eheneden made the disclosure penultimate week when he played host to some All Progressives Congress (APC) governors who paid him a condolence visit at Oba’s Palace.
He reiterated the resolve of the ancient Benin stool not to dabble into political partisanship but to follow the path of peaceful and corporate existence of all people and government at both the state and national levels.
The Edaiken N’Uselu disclosed that the revered stool has kept faith with the legacies of transited Oba Erediauwa, a feat he noted has continued to reverberate since over 800 years of the kingdom.
The visiting governors had earlier condoled with the crown prince over the translation of the revered Benin Monarch, Oba Erediauwa who recently joined his ancestors.Á
