Open Letter To Orhionmwon Sons

I write with bitterness to express my ill feelings, to the following sons of Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Barrister Pius Odubu, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, Engr Chris Ogiewmwonyi, Hon Saturday Idehen, Hon Patrick Aisowieren, e.t.c. Who have in the past year benefited from .representing the Local Government without anything to show for their benefit.
I am not going to talk about the whole Orhionmwon, as you cannot introduce yourself that you came from the Local Government, but to talk about the pitiable State of Benin – Abraka Road.

Before I talk about the road, I want to ask them which road they use to pass to their villages or are they telling us they don’t go to their villages. Anytime I pass through that road, to my village, I always shared tears. I do ask myself if there are no people from Orhionmwon? Bar. Odubu spent 8 years in the House of Representative and 8 years as Deputy Governor, Pastor Osagie was Chief of Staff and Secretary to Government; Engr. Ogiemwonyi was Minister of State works, Hon Idehen is now the Chairman NDDC; Hon. Asowleren was a member of Edo State house of Assembly for 8 years and now a member House of Representative, There is nothing ‘to show for their stewardship. When Election is coming, they will be remember they come from a local government, They will be sharing salt, Rice, etc.

People should try and pass through that road call Benin/ Abraka Road, and see what Orhionrnwon people are passing through when we have the above named people from that Local government. Between Evbowie to Obozogbe Niro you will regret passing the Road.

You claim to be our Leaders. How do you lead us? Because you people don’t love us hence all these things we are getting in return for your benefit from representing us.

If they are not ashamed of themselves, I am ashamed of them. The rain is fast approaching, how can we go to our various villages? None of them can for now bring out at least 1 Million Naira to fill the bad spot and hire grader to grade the sand. Haba! We are ashamed of you people .

You people should not mind us, but, one day the dog will bark its owner. One day we will be wise.
