A leading estate developer in Nigeria, D Prince Builders and Estate Developers Limited (DPB), has commenced the building of 100 duplexes in the Ugbor axis of Benin City, capital of Edo State.
The latest in the series of estates built and operated by the renowned estate developer, D Prince Builders and Estate Developers is known as the ‘Ugbor Luxury Estate Phase 9’ .
At the time of filing this report, massive construction work was on-going on at the site which is geared towards timely delivery to would-be clients.
Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of the estate building company, Mr. Cyril Omoregie, during a media tour at the company’s new estate, urged prospective clients to quickly take advantage of the new estate by making their purchases.
“This is the 9th estate of the company and will accommodate 100 duplexes with 24hrs power supply, good access road, lawn Tennis Court, shopping complex with perimeter fence and many others”.
Mr. Omoregie, disclosed that a completed 5 bedroom duplex and 3 bedroom duplex with modern facilities will cost N50 and N40 million naira respectively, while uncompleted one up to the roofing level known as the ‘Carcass’ will cost N25 million naira, even as 50×100 is sold for N6 milion naira.
The estate builder and developer guru, further stated that all property acquired in any of his estates is covered with the government approved C of O.
Furthermore, Mr. Omoregie called on interested Nigerians to take advantage of the ongoing mid year sales bonanza which attracts 20% discount for all category of customers buying duplexes or lands nation wide.
He outlined other benefits to include buying 10 plots of land and getting one plot free, noting that the company presently have lands for sale in Ugbor Sapele Road, Airport Road, Ugbowo, Aduwawa, Adesuwa, Ekenwan Road, Agbor Road, Siluko Road, as well as Lagos and Abuja.
The Managing Director of D Prince Builders and Estate Developers Limited, revealed that in order to accommodate the low income earners in the society, the company decided to introduce 18 months instalmental payments plan to enable everyone to afford to own a land or duplex of their own.
Also speaking, a popular Benin musician, who also doubles as ‘Ambassador’ to D Prince Builders and Estate Developer Ltd, Mr Influence Akaba, attested to the ingenuity, durability and trustworthiness of the brand he’s representing, urging potential clients to patronize the company.
Akaba, however disclosed that the major problem militating against the smooth operations of land developers in the country is the nefarious activities of land grabbers which has brought fears and doubts in the minds of prospecting land buyers.
