Former Secretary to State Government (SSG), Edo State Prof. Julius Ihonvbere has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives, representing Owan Federal Constituency.
Ihonvbere, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) triumphed over his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) opponent, Hon. Johnson Abulagba.
Prof. Ihonvbere polled a total of 33,199 votes to defeat Hon. Abulagba who scored 25,477 votes.
