OSAYANDE DISTRIBUTES 200 DOUBLE-SEATER CHAIRS TO OGBENI PRIMARY SCHOOL

The Executive Chairman of Ikpoba-Okha Local Government, Dr. Eric Osayande has delivered two hundred (200) double-seater chairs to Ogbeni Primary School, Ward 2, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of Edo State.
The gesture is aimed at improving academic activities in the school.
Recall that the Council Boss had directed that 200 chairs be delivered to the school after a needs assessment exercise carried out by the Chief Press Secretary to the local government chairman, Mr. Eseosa Ewere and his team few weeks ago.
The elated Headmistress of Ogbeni Primary School, Mrs. Ikpefan Grace Bamidele who spoke on behalf of the school, thanked Dr. Eric Osayande for his gesture.
She remarked “I am grateful for the chairs; I want to thank the Chairman for this laudable project he has done for us; our children, they will be happy seeing these chairs and I pray that God continue to bless him in Jesus name and give him more strength to do more for us. We are grateful”

Ogbeni Primary School makes it the twelfth (12th) school to have benefitted from the Osayande-led 1200-chair distribution exercise to schools in the locality.
Osayande has said that schools will continue to benefit from his education reforms policies in the Local Government Area.
Ward leaders present during the presentation were Hon. Louis Osayande, SSA to the Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, Kelvin Osayi, Councillor, Ward 2, Ikpoba-OkhaLocal Government and others.
Meanwhile, the team also visited the ongoing construction of sixteen (16) unit-shops at Oregbeni Market to ascertain the level of job done where six (6) units were seen to have been completed
The ongoing 16 unit-stalls is an addition to the 100 built by the Council Chairman in the 2018 fiscal year.
The contractor handling the project has promised that the 16 units will be ready in 2 weeks time.
